Your Mission Is Our Mission — To Improve the Quality of Life

The Greenlight Guru Mission is to improve the quality of life for our customers and their patients. We uphold this initiative by solving the challenges unique to medical technology companies with solutions, industry expertise, and an amazing peer community.

Mission Collage

Our History

In 2006, a medical device engineer turned consultant planted the seeds for Greenlight Guru when he made a simple observation: paper-based quality management systems (QMS) are painful, risky, and inefficient. At the time, commercial QMS solutions had been available for nearly two decades, but only 30% of MedTech companies were using them. This observation led Jon Speer to partner with David DeRam. Together, they designed and developed Greenlight Guru. Today, with our powerful, intuitive solution, MedTech companies like yours can bring higher quality, life-changing products to market faster.

Our Core Values

We're a community of medical device design experts with a range of experiences and areas of expertise. Three core values unite and inspire us to change the way people design, develop, and deliver MedTech products.

Be Innovative in Everything We Do

MedTech companies must follow rules and regulations that are constantly changing. Keeping our customers one step ahead requires creative and innovative solutions. We strive to be innovative in everything we do — from our product to our services to our accountability system to our culture.

Quality Is Your Friend

Top-performing MedTech companies know quality is a competitive advantage, and we agree. We believe the entire company — not just the quality department is responsible for achieving this goal.

Devoted Support of Our Customers

We're passionate about what you do. No issue is too big or too small to bring to us. No company is too big or too small for us to support. We believe in providing enthusiastic support to all of our customers.
